Altis Property Partners has submitted a planning proposal to transform Wilton Industrial Park into a state-of-the-art employment precinct, aligned with the growth plans for the Wilton and Greater Macarthur areas. Prepared by Urbis, this proposal seeks changes to the Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan, unlocking significant employment potential for a region that is earmarked to accommodate 15,000 additional homes and 15,000 new jobs by 2040.
Located on nine lots along Berwick Park Road and Wilton Park Road, the 215,235 sqm Wilton Industrial Park is strategically located at the junction of the Hume Motorway and Picton Road, providing excellent connectivity to key infrastructure.
The development will consist of 12 warehouse and distribution buildings, expected to create 1,511 local jobs, with high-quality infrastructure tailored to the needs of modern industries. The project will complement the future Wilton Town Centre, which lies directly to the north.

Ultimately, the Wilton Industrial Park will repurpose an underutilised and strategically located site to become an A-class employment hub. The atmosphere of the estate will be shaped by high quality architecture, a network of pedestrian and cycling connections, lush tree canopy, outdoor activity opportunities and active public spaces.
