New Rose is a mixed-use development by Roseville Memorial Club and its development partner, Hyecorp Property Group, located at 64 – 66 and part of 62 Pacific Highway, Roseville, adjacent to the Roseville Memorial Park.

The site was the subject of a planning proposal, which saw new planning controls adopted for the site in October 2021.

That is, the height controls were increased from part 14.5m and 20.5m to 26.5m and the FSR to 3:1 to enable a 7-storey building.

A small part of the site – garden bed of about 9sqm – was also rezoned from RE1 Public Recreation to B2 Local Centre.

The proposal demonstrates a substantial increase in the club venue – from 820sqm to more than 4000sqm of gross floor are – which can now accommodate up to 220 patrons at a time.

The club will be located on the ground floor, which will offer a range of dining experiences for members and guests, as well as 37 residential apartments over 6-storeys.
