Stockland has received approval for its Leppington Business Park (Stage 2) and Ingleburn Logistics Park (Stage 3) from Camden and Campbelltown Council respectively.

Both project provide more than 84,000sqm of much-needed logistics space in Sydney’s booming south west corridor.

Construction has commenced at Ingleburn Logistics Park and work is anticipated to start at Leppington Business Park shortly.

Hospitality, commercial kitchen equipment and catering supplier Nisbets Australia and IFC Global Logistics, a leading international freight logistics and warehousing company, have already committed to the space at Leppington.

Stockland is in advanced discussions on the majority of the space at Ingleburn.

Both projects will be built to target a 5 Star Green Star Design and As-Built rating with rooftop solar photovoltaic systems, low emission vehicle parking, energy efficient LED lighting with intelligent controls and rainwater collection for reuse in landscape irrigation and amenities.
