Southeast Wilton Precinct Structure Plan Updates (2022)

The DPE has just ended an exhibition period which was seeking public input regarding possible amendments to the Southeast Wilton Structure Plan.

Risland have requested that the amendment to the gazetted Structure Plan reflect the amendments proposed in the Neighbourhood Plan application submitted already to Wollondilly Shire Council.

While many of the proposed amendments don’t deviate radically from the already approved structure plan, one substantially notable proposed change is the increase of medium density residential land from 9.5ha to 12.85ha. Risland argue that the increase of and concentration of the medium density land around other developments consistent with these amendments will improve development outcomes for the general area.
