Mirvac is spearheading the development of the Elizabeth Enterprise Precinct at Badgerys Creek. Situated at 1669 – 1723 Elizabeth Drive, this ambitious project marks a pivotal moment in the region’s evolution, aligning with the broader vision of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis.
The development, encompassing a site area of 54.41 hectares, form part of the 240-hectare Elizabeth Enterprise Precinct. The site is just 800 metres east of the under-construction Western Sydney Airport.
Rezoned under the Western Sydney Aerotropolis planning framework, the site has been designated for industrial and commercial development. This zoning aligns with the broader strategy to stimulate economic activity and create jobs in the region.
Mirvac’s circa 54-hectare site
Mirvac’s proposal includes a concept master plan, which envisions 9 x industrial buildings strategically positioned within an integrated internal road network. Stage 1 of the project will see the construction and fit-out of a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution centre spanning 41,480 square metres.
Designed to operate around the clock, seven days a week, this facility will be pivotal in driving the region’s industrial output. Its 24/7 operations are set to cater to the growing demands of e-commerce, logistics and other sectors that require seamless, uninterrupted supply chain solutions.
The Elizabeth Enterprise Precinct is more than just an industrial development. It represents a key component in the broader transformation of Western Sydney.
