As part of the broader vision for Lachlan’s Line, a 24-storey residential development project has been approved at 3 Halifax Street in Macquarie Park.
The site is currently vacant and is partially being used to provide construction access and stockpiling of excavated materials to the development adjoining to the south.
The project will deliver 266 apartments, with a thoughtful mix of layouts that includes 61% as two-bedroom units, catering to a wide range of residents, from young professionals to families.

Lachlan’s Line has a storied history as a beacon of urban renewal for Macquarie Park. First announced in 2013, the precinct was envisioned as a catalyst for growth, transforming it into a well-connected, sustainable community. With the completion of Stage 1 works and several other developments in progress, Lachlan’s Line has become synonymous with high-quality urban design.
The subject site spans 6,275 sqm and has been earmarked for redevelopment since 2015 when the NSW Government approved a concept State significant DA. This approval laid the groundwork for a master-planned community that integrates residential, commercial and recreational spaces.
