A private developer is pushing forward with a significant mixed use development at 60 Kelvin Park Drive, bringing the government’s vision for Kelvin Park Drive to a reality.

While the $144 million project is still in the early stages of planning, the development will bring new homes, retail options, childcare and commercial spaces to a rapidly growing area.

The application proposes a substantial mixed-use development spread across eight residential blocks, integrated with a variety of ground floor retail spaces.

Proposed Subdivision Plan

Key Features

  • Residential Focus – With eight mixed use blocks, the development will provide 211 apartments, including studios and 1–3-bedroom configurations.
  • Retail and Childcare – Ground floor retail spaces, combined with dedicated childcare facilities.
  • Height and Scale – The development will reach a maximum height of 12 storeys.

Kelvin Park Drive is slowly but surely undergoing development change. The first concept DA for the precinct at 126 Kelvin Park Drive is progressing through the planning system. Shop top housing, supermarket, childcare and lots of apartments are proposed on this site.
