Located at 546 – 548 Gardeners Road in Alexandria, Goodman is proposing a state-of-the-art multi-level warehouse and distribution centre that will provide its tenants with excellent amenities.

Specifically, the project will comprise:

• construction and operation of a 2-storey warehouse and distribution centre, comprising 8 warehouse units with ancillary office spaces,
• over 19,000 square metres of warehouse GFA,
• over 2600 square metres of office GFA, and
• 90 onsite car spaces.

Prospective tenants have not been established, nor have the operational activities been confirmed. The operational practices are anticipated to be typical of a warehouse and distribution centre, including loading, unloading and storage of goods on a 24/7 basis.

The project will positively contribute to the local area by providing a high-quality industrial development, inclusive of a workplace that achieves flexibility, adaptability, wellness and amenity, all of which contribute to activating and revitalising the local area of Alexandria.
