Located at 546 – 548 Gardeners Road in Alexandria, Goodman is proposing a state-of-the-art multi-level warehouse and distribution centre that will provide its tenants with excellent amenities.

Prospective tenants have not been established, nor have the operational activities been confirmed. The operational practices are anticipated to be typical of a warehouse and distribution centre, including loading, unloading and storage of goods on a 24/7 basis.

Project site
Set on about 25,000 square metres, the irregular shaped allotment contains an existing single-storey warehouse and distribution centre, comprising 10,922 square metres of warehouse space and 3368 square metres of office space. The site is bounded by industrial land uses to the north, east and west. To the south is Mascot’s mixed-use precincts.
Given the site’s context and location within the Southern Employment Area, comprising industrial services and business parks, the redevelopment of the site will meet the relevant strategic planning framework for the area.
