Goodman – a digital infrastructure company – is in early stages of the master planning process for Precinct 2 within the Oakdale East Industrial Estate. The estate is located at 2 – 10 Wallgrove Road in Horsley Park on about 62 hectares of land.

Precinct 2 DA will seek consent for the staged construction and 24/7 operation of four warehouses:

Background approvals

Rehabilitation DA: On 2 August 2022, Fairfield Council approved a DA for the historic rehabilitation of mining operations at the Estate, including extensive cut and fill works and clearance of over 22,600 sqm of vegetation.
Oakdale East Estate DCP: The DCP came into force for the estate in September 2019 and includes provisions relating to rehabilitation, land clearing and built form controls.
Concept Approval: A concept approval for the estate was approved in October 2023 for an industrial estate to be built over five stages.
