Western Sydney Aerotropolis is set to become even more of a bustling hub of opportunity with the public exhibition of a major DA for Burrah Park – a groundbreaking warehouse and logistics estate in the Northern Gateway Precinct.
Located at 1953 – 2109 Elizabeth Drive in Badgerys Creek, this ambitious project represents a joint venture between UniSuper, represented by HB&B Property, and ISPT, aiming to redefine employment spaces and logistics operations in the region.
Burrah Park is a 171-hectare parcel of prime real estate. It is envisioned to become a world-class logistics, warehousing and hi-tech employment hub. Industries like global and local freight, advanced technologies, commercial premises and even food & recreation facilities are the focal point of the project.

A concept master plan has been lodged with the NSW planning department, which outlines a robust framework featuring 42 building lots, 24/7 operations and a gross floor area of 63 hectares. While the development will be delivered in multiple stages, stage 1 has an estimated development cost of $365 million, which will include constructing 3 x state-of-the-art warehouse buildings with over 85,000 sqm of gross floor area.
Situated along Elizabeth Drive, a key arterial road, and the M12 intersection, the master-planned estate offers unparalleled accessibility, linking seamlessly with regional transport networks. The opening of the airport will catalyse the timely delivery of new jobs, further bolstering the estate’s significance as a critical component of the region’s growth story.
