A State Significant Development has recently been greenlit within the Mamre Road Precinct in Western Sydney.

The development is a joint venture between Altis Property Partners and Frasers Property Industrial in which they proposed the construction and operation of a warehouse and manufacturing facility at 657-769 Mamre Rd, Kemps Creek.

The facility will be occupied by Ardex which is a construction material manufacturer and supplier and under the approved development there is consented capacity for Ardex to produce up to 48,000 tonnes per annum of powder products and up to 5,000 tonnes per annum of liquid products.

The development will also involve the provision of a 163 car parling space and a Torrens Title subdivision to form two lots.

With an estimated capital investment value of $72 million it is anticipated that the construction will generate 300 jobs and 140 permanent jobs upon completion.
