A significant step towards boosting Orchard Hills’ industrial and employment landscape is underway with the Alspec Manufacturing Warehouse project at 221 – 235 Luddenham Road. A major development application for the project is on public exhibition with the NSW planning department.
The project aims to deliver a state-of-the-art aluminium extrusion and paint line facility within the broader Alspec Industrial Business Park. This development comes on the heels of Penrith Council’s recent rezoning of the area to facilitate industrial growth.
Located on 83,563 sqm of prime land, the manufacturing facility will comprise 37,836 sqm of gross floor area with 2,575 sqm of ancillary office space. To accommodate workers and visitors, the facility will provide 404 onsite parking spaces, as well as bicycle parking, ensuring all forms of transport are considered.
