As a practising urban planning lawyer, Charbel previously worked with the NSW Department of Planning and Environment, advising the Minister for Planning, Independent Planning Commission and local planning panels on the most significant and high-profile projects and rezoning proposals.

Constantly on the lookout for high-value opportunities, Charbel applies his technical urban planning skillset to source the most lucrative investment and development opportunities in New South Wales, as well as in Victoria and Queensland. Recently, Charbel has sourced and negotiated directly with landowners residential land subdivision sites, industrial development sites and strata-titled unit blocks.

In addition, Charbel practices as an urban planning lawyer at Blackstone Waterhouse Lawyers, advising clients on rezoning proposals, development applications and on how to generally manoeuvre through the convoluted NSW planning system.
